We pour foundations, driveways, flatwork and decorative concrete across Austin and Central Texas. Every neighborhood has its own soil, its own trees, and its own permitting — these pages cover what each one actually requires.
Austin's oldest residential neighborhoods — mature canopy, small original lots, historic-district context, and a lot of concrete that has been in the ground since the 1920s.
A century of building stock on one street, heritage oaks, and alley-fed lots.
Austin's oldest freedom colony — small lots, tight access, historic district.
Sloped estate lots above Pease Park where grade and drainage drive the work.
1927 subdivision with original sidewalks and curbs now due for replacement.
Beyond the neighborhoods listed above, DB Concrete works for custom builders and homeowners across the greater Central Texas region.
Foundations, post-tension, pier & beam, footings and void form.
Driveways, curb, gutter, sidewalks and patios.
Clearing, grading, detention ponds and culverts.
Integral color, stamped concrete and pavers.
How a DB Concrete job runs from quote to follow-up.
Central Texas does not have one soil, one slope or one set of rules. Expansive clay on one side of town calls for post-tension or deep piers; shallow limestone on the other calls for a different excavation plan entirely. Austin's tree ordinance decides where equipment goes. Right-of-way work needs a licensed contractor and a permit.
After 25+ years working this market, we price those realities into the proposal instead of discovering them mid-job.
We're adding service-area pages every month, but we're already working across Austin and Central Texas. Tell us where your project is and we'll let you know.
